Pub sympathique. Ce pub très sympathique propose un « fish & chips » tout à fait correct et des plats typiques de pub eux aussi très honorables. Sa situation géographique au bord des « broads » et de la riviére Bure le rend encore plus attrayant.

The surroundings are very comfortable and modern. Waiters and waitress es very good and attentive with out being invasive. The food is very good, tasty and well presented. A very reasonable price. They made us feel very welcome especially with two dogs in tow. Will certainly visit again.

Honest Davids reviews.
Been here twice now within last month the first time we stayed the night in the hotel was very pleasant we got the top room with a views over the river which is extremely nice and could see the sun going down. Nice bar area very friendly. Food was very nice and not that expensive we chose the special menu which they don't always show you first of all but ask for it as the meals are much better and you can get a starter and a main or main and a pudding at a reduced price.
The room itself was nice and clean with coffee facilities in the room. The shower had a bit of power just right forgetting you going in the morning. We overslept in the morning rang reception and they kindly said that they would leave the breakfast room open for us until we'd finished.
Second time we visited was when we had had hired a boat. Moored up outside, again very friendly service on a lovely hot day. Seriously can't think of a nicer place to be when you're on the water.
You get a good 4**** for a very pleasant experience

Very nice pub. Very popular so may have to wait for food from time to time. The food we had was very nice. Empty plate was a delicious chicken curry.

We visited here twice during our stay on the Broads this week. Dogs are welcome inside and the food was delicious. I had the Sunday roast with pork belly and it was excellent (I might give the Yorkshire pudding a miss another time as it's not my favourite and the roast potatoes were sufficient for me). A very tasty, nicely cooked meal and my husband said his chicken and mushtoom 'pie' was very good. Yesterday we returned and I ordered the carrot & marmalade tart. It was amazing! A beautiful short crust pastry casing with (I think) onion marmalade in the base followed by carrots and a covering of goats cheese and topped off with green leaves (forgotten which.) It came with 'triple fried' chips but I left those as the tart was quite sufficient (the chips were a bit disappointing but quite acceptable). I'd definitely recommend The Swan. They have a garden alongside the Broads and from here you can board the 'Southern Comfort' for a 1-2 hour cruise on the River. A lovely spot.
